Bio: Born and raised in Santa Cruz California, Johnny has been obsessed with music his whole life. Originally being inspired by his father singing songs around the campfire - Johnny went on to play guitar, then study classical piano which culminated in a Bachelors degree of Music Composition from San Jose State University in 2014. The artistry of Lindsey Stirling catapulted Johnny’s fixation into the pairing of dubstep with acoustic guitar. This led him to study modern bass music production via the Producer Dojo founded by ill.gates. In this way, Johnny has crafted a unique sound all his own.

In 2023 Johnny was awarded a large grant by the city of Austin TX to fund a music video. This gave Johnny the opportunity to bring an idea he had into being. A pilot episode for a sci fi magician super hero who can traverse portals and cast spells. The video can be seen below and portrays the life of a struggling musician who comes across a magical amulet. His life spirals out of control and at the moment he is about to lose his life, the amulet explodes into a portal saving Johnny’s life but ripping him from the world he once knew.
